**UPDATE**
Unfortunately Roebling Tea Room closed its doors on May 29, 2017.
Williamsburg Brooklyn was our next stop after our tour through MoMA PS1 in Queens. And because the Roebling Tea Room is sort of an entrance into Williamsburg and because everybody - well, let's say the hip&happening everybodies - told us we really should go there, that's where we had to have lunch.
You won't find chic ladies sipping tea and eating scones with clotted cream here. Nope. Think hipster knots, lots of locals and men with beards in a somewhat sober but laid back setting. We drank our water with mint and lemonslices from Mason Jars and had, what else, a kale salad.

It was open from breakfast until late in the evening and a popular place to be especially on Sunday afternoon. The Roebling Tearoom was located at 143 Roebling Street in Brooklyn.
