The room
We stayed in a spacious, clean and comfortable room with a British feel. Lovely beds, a dressing table, flowery wallpaper and a vase with flowers in the window.

A great startingpoint to explore Manhattan. Tea, coffee and cookies for free. South Street Seaport and Century 21 are very nearby. A relaxed atmosphere.

Slightly outdated. No cozy lobby to hang out and you need to go out to grab a drink.
We noticed
Since the hotel is located in the Financial District we expected a corporate and businesslike atmosphere but were pleasantly surprised that this was not at all the case.
Price
Depends strongly on the period of time but somewhere between 130 - 380 dollar per night for two persons.
