Midtown Manhattan. Right across from Penn station (the busiest train station of North America) and Madison Square Garden.
The room
The rooms are quite basic and vary in quality and size. Not always as clean as we'd like.

The location is great, in the middle of Manhattan and right across Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. You'll find the Empire State Building within walking distance. Many shops around (like Macy's, Victoria Secrets and many many more).

Impersonal. The area is very busy and is fully packed with tourists.
We noticed
Value to money. However, the hotel has greatly improved over the past years. This is your hotel if you want to stay in midtown for a relatively low price.
Price
Depends on the period of time but somewhere between 140 - 280 dollar per night for two persons.
